Role at FP Institute
Nelson Frank Anderson, P.E. is licensed in civil engineering in Florida and Texas, and wrote the foreword to FE Civil Exam Prep. In it he makes the case that a licence is not a line on a résumé: engineers stamp drawings the public stands on, drives over and drinks from, so the credential has to be earned.
The endorsement of FE Civil Exam Prep is a documented professional opinion, not a marketing line: it says the book meets the standard a licensed engineer in this discipline would expect of a serious preparation text.
